Hi, I’m Anja!

a London-based vintage enthusiast with a background in photography, a long chapter in boutique hospitality, and even a brief detour into the world of law as a paralegal. After 13 years of refining my eye for detail through service and structure, I’ve found my way back to what I love most: photography and English interior design.

I grew up in Stockholm surrounded by anglophiles and developed an early and enduring love for English style that is layered, lived-in, and just a little eccentric. Despite my best efforts, I was also quietly shaped by the clean lines and calm elegance of Scandinavian design.

I’ve always been drawn more to form than flatness, which may explain my deep affection for shapely objects. Lamps in particular have a special place in my heart. They’re often the starting point of a room, and just as often that elusive final touch. My collection has grown so large that, according to my husband, our home became a lamp shop long before I officially started one.

Each piece I acquire has spoken to me, whether it’s a classic Corinthian column or a quirky contemporary twist. I don’t just love lamps, of course. I have a soft spot for unusual vases, charming candlesticks, and paintings that stop me in my tracks, sometimes for no other reason than their gloriously over-the-top gilded frames. In my shop you will find both vintage & proper antique pieces, and some modern.

There’s something magical about finding dusty and sad objects and giving them a new lease on life. My shop is filled only with pieces I genuinely love (read: couldn’t resist buying), things that bring character, charm, and a touch of story to any space.

I truly hope that you will find here your forever lamp or a piece that will complete your nightstand, that bald spot in your bookshelf or that void on you mantle.
