  • What is the condition of the items?

    All the items in my shop are vintage or antique. Therefore signs of use and age related patina like scratches, fades, and wear will be present. And that’s what makes the items wonderfully remarkable.

  • What if I am not happy with the item?

    Sometimes things are just not what we expected them to be. If so, you can return the item within 10 days of delivery. Please note that you will have to fund and arrange return shipping yourself. You can of course make a return in person.

  • How quickly will I recieve my order?

    I try to ship within 3 working days and then it depends on the courier. You are always welcome to pick up the item in person. I will use repurposed packaging as often as possible to keep down the shipping cost and eco-impact.

  • Can I view the item before I buy?

    Of course, please come by Pimlico. The tea and biscuits are on me! Just pop me an email and we will sort out a date.

  • What if the item arrives damaged?

    I truly do my best in carefully wrapping your item to ensure it arrives intact. If it is damaged during delivery, please send a photo and a short description to info@anjaloveslamps.com within three business days. Refunds are made within 14 business days after the item is back with me.
